All set to start my next set of culinary workshops, comprising of Basic Baking and Patisserie Making. "Cooking is an art, But Baking is Science..." So while you cook with your heart, as in, plus a little of this and minus a little of that and you can create a new recipe everyday. But you don't mess around with your baking ingredients unless you are a scientist....
The Basic Joy of Baking week (16th Aug '11 to 20 Aug '11) includes the Quintessential Chocolate Cake (with Whole Wheat flour), The Gooey Chocolate Walnut Brownies, Vanilla Cupcakes ( With Whole Wheat flour), Crispy Whole Wheat flour Oats and Chocolate chip cookies and the Fragrant Fruit Cake
The Pastry Whiz week (22nd Aug '11 to 24 Aug '11) will include Pineapple , Chocolate and Black Forest, all with Fresh Cream.
So gearing up for another fun filled and hectic week of baking and more baking....
