Hot Chocolate Sauce

Melt 3 parts of cream (fresh cream or single cream or half and half 1 part cream and 1 part milk) with 1 part of dark chocolate in a pan. Remove from flame once the cream and chocolate combine.

Optionally, add a tbsp of vanilla or Rum or a liqueur of your choice (like Kahlua).
Toasted cashew nut or walnuts can also be added.
